5th Annual Oakland Edge Adult Hockey Tournament

The fifth annual Oakland Edge Adult Hockey Tournament is history. It was an exhausting but glorious weekend of hockey from April 12-14, 2013. Thanks to all of the participants.

More than 400 men and women from the Midwest and Canada competed in 56 games at the Onyx Rochester Ice Arena in Rochester, Mich.  By Sunday evening, six division crowns had been awarded, including the first-ever Oakland Edge Women's Division.

The division winners were:
Men's A: Da Edoardo's 3-2 over Team Labatt's
Men's B: Van's Development 5-1 over Conti Fire Protection
Men's C: Wolfpack 9-3 over Sasquatch
Men's D: Ford Ranchers 5-2 over Sticklash
Women's: University of Michigan-Flint 6-2 over Lady Wings
Sled: Windsor (Ont.) Ice Bullets 3-1 over the Pittsburgh (Penn.) Penguins

Congratulations to the winners and the finalists, who received individual awards as well as custom-crafted crystal team trophies.
