Men's Divisions
- A - age 25 & up*
- B - age 30 & up*
- C - age 30 & up*
- D - age 30 & up*
- 50+ (age 50+)**
  (*Goalies age 25+)

Women's Division
- Open - age 21+
Sled Division
- Co-ed (age 15+)
Each team is guaranteed 3 games - Up to 5 games total
- One game Friday evening
- Two games Saturday
- Semi-final and final games Sunday
Three 15 minute running-time periods
