Registration Details

• Team Fee $700
  • If you register by January 11, 2010 and place a $250 deposit, you will receive a $50 discount
• Registration deadline is March 15, 2010
  • Full amount is due  
• Entry is on a first come first serve basis.  Space is limited.
• Teams are limited to 16 players
• All players must be registered with USA Hockey
  • www.usahockeyregistration.com
• A team roster and registration is required for all players as proof of their USA Hockey insurance
• Teams are encouraged to have one set of light colored jerseys and set of dark colored jerseys
• Team rosters and USA Hockey registration confirmation forms must be received by March 29, 2010
• All participants are required to sign a release of liability form
